The Role
Marketing Specialist, Part-Time/Contract
We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist who thrives on execution, turning ideas into real outcomes that drive our business forward. In this role, you’ll support enrollment growth by coordinating campaigns, developing content and assets, and executing webinars, events (with help!), and client-facing initiatives from start to finish.
You’ll be hands-on across content development and email, print, direct mail, website, and offline project coordination — partnering closely with Design, Operations, Care, Product, and external partners to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. This is an execution-heavy role with room to grow, ideal for someone who’s organized, creative, and energized by variety.
If you’re someone who enjoys owning details, writing copy, and bringing structure to fast-moving projects, then this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize, and help execute webinars with partners, including timelines, coordination, and execution support
- Coordinate marketing projects across design, development, operations, and external partners
- Design and execute online and offline enrollment marketing strategies to drive member adoption
- Develop new sales and enrollment marketing assets from start to finish — owning briefs, drafting copy, and partnering with design to bring assets across the finish line
- Support planning and coordination of events, including onsite materials, swag, signage, and other print materials
- Develop processes and content for collecting testimonials from our members on an ongoing basis
- Ensure all projects stay organized, accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time
