About the Role
As an Experience Designer at WellTheory, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and improving our product and service offerings to enhance the overall care experience. Working closely with our Head of Product, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to frame pain points, identify opportunities, and develop hypothesis-driven designs that optimize the WellTheory member journey.
Note: This is a contract-to-hire position and will start out part-time at ~16-24 hours per week.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business goals, user needs, and pain points so as to identify opportunities for care improvement and optimization.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and observations, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Lead collaborative working sessions to discuss new opportunities and brainstorm potential solutions.
- Generate and iterate on design concepts, prototypes, and wireframes to facilitate the development and implementation of new product features or service optimizations.
- Support our team in growing our design system, deployed across the product and marketing experience.
