About the Role

As a Product Designer at WellTheory, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and improving our product and service offerings to enhance the overall care experience. Working closely with our Head of Product and engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to frame pain points, identify opportunities, and develop hypothesis-driven designs that optimize the WellTheory member journey.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business goals, user needs, and pain points so as to identify opportunities for care improvement and optimization.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and observations, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Lead collaborative working sessions to discuss new opportunities and brainstorm potential solutions.
• Generate and iterate on design concepts, prototypes, and wireframes to facilitate the development and implementation of new product features or service optimizations.
• Support our team in growing our design system, deployed across the product and marketing experience.
